I made a trip to the hospital Monday evening because I was having severe abdominal pain. I was told I had Diverticulitis which is basically an infection in my large intestine. Fun stuff *rolls eyes* I had to do a CT scan, beforehand I had to drink lots of this contrast junk and have dye injected via IV. Then I had to have to IV antibiotics and was finally released Tuesday morning. That was my first time ever having to stay in a hospital and it was nerve racking and stressful. I was scared and worried. I dunno what I would have done without my husband there to sit with me and keep me calm. He really is my rock.

After being home a few days and resting I’m feeling better but I’m still in mild pain but I’m dealing. I did play some WoW, I got my hunter, Cayke, up to 75. I’ve actually been doing as many dungeons as I can with her. Usually, I strictly do quests when I level rooms. But I’m really enjoying playing a hunter in groups I can’t wait to get her up to 80. She’ll be my 5th.

As of right now, I’m in the car on the way to Hilton Head, NC to meet up with my in laws to pick up our daughter. She spent the last month and a half with them. After we pick her up, we are headed to the beach for a little while. I will be just laying under the beach tent resting as I don’t think I’ll have the energy to fight waves… or the sun. Can’t wait to lay down with a book in the shade

Getting techy with my blog

I installed the Wordpress app on my iPad and it works beautifully. Since I got my new myTouch 3G I thought I would try out the Wordpress app on my phone as well. It looks nice and is very minimalistic, which I like. Here’s to hoping I can use my phone to blog on the spot ^.^

A guildie told me about an addon called “EveryQuest” and how it helps you find out what quests you haven’t done. I decided since I was only 46 quests away from my Loremaster title, I would try this out and see how it worked. So I got it and sure enough a big long list of quests I hadn’t done showed up. I realized I had a chore ahead of so I went ahead and got started. I ended up having to quest in The Barrens, Stonetalon Mountains, Thousand Needles, Shimmering Flats, Mulgore and Ashenvale. I even had a quest I had to run over to SM Library for. I was 6 quests away from finishing when I saw in trade that a group was looking for healers for Black Temple. I didn’t have that achievement on Amedeah yet, so I went ahead and took a break from the questing and joined the group. We did the whole runthrough in about 45 minutes or so. It was fun, and the people were great! Here is a shot of Illidan Stormrage and the view from the top of BT.

So after the BT run, I went back to Thousand Needles to do the last 6 quests I needed for the Loremaster achievement. It was 4:30 in the morning when I turned in the last quest. I felt super-dee-duper accomplished ^.^ I totally haz a happee after finishing this. (Click for bigger picture)

New Mounts and Pets!

I decided at the beginning of the week that I was going to get my butt in gear and grind some rep. I started out with Netherwing. I had been inching closer and closer to exalted, doing a few dailies a couple times a month. But I decided to just go gung ho and get it over with. I did the dailies for 3 days in a row and then I gathered the Netherwing Eggs that spawn throughout the mine and the rest of the little floaty island. I ended up with the the Violet Netherwing Drake (pic below) along with all the other Netherwing mounts as I am also working towards my Mountain o’ Mounts achievement.

I moved onto Mag’har after Netherwing. I killed a lot of ogres… when I say, “a lot,” I mean A-FREAKING-LOT. I ended up with around 30 stacks of Netherweave and about 20-25 greens and 3 blues. Not a bad haul Oh, and I also got a Cobalt Talbuk (along with the other colors):

After Mag’har, I made my way to Sporeggar. I farmed the Sanguine Hibiscus from The Underbog. This wasn’t even more tedious than Netherwing rep grinding *ugh* But I did it and I got my Tiny Sporebat

And this last pet didn’t take any rep grinding, but I did have to sell off the cloth, greens and blues to buy it. With the money I made from grinding rep and selling schtuff on the auctions house I was able to buy the Teldrassil Sproutling seen here:

Over all, not a bad few days of rep grinding, mount riding and pet collecting I am planning to hit exalted with Timbermaw in the next day or two, as well.
